The Chemical Waste Treatment Facilities (CWTF) is the only facility in Hong Kong that provides a cradle-to-grave solution for all land-base chemical waste, clinical waste generated in Hong Kong, as well as collection and treatment for marine pollutants (MARPOL waste) generated from ocean-going and local vessels. As one of the most comprehensive and sophisticated hazardous waste treatment facilities in Asia, Veolia applies sophisticated hazardous waste treatment technology and highly professional management to ensure the Center is operated according to very stringent international environmental and safety standards.
